PARENT TEACHER MEETING (PTM)

Parents/Guardians are not allowed to meet the teachers during class hours. Those wishing to visit the School or meet the staff of the School must first seek permission from the Principal.
Parents may meet the Principal any day from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in winter, and 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in summer except on Saturdays and public holidays. Interviews at any other time may be held by appointment. Teachers may be contacted before or after class hours.
Periodic meetings of parents with the teacher will be arranged by the principal in order to ensure coordination in the progress of the children’s education.
Parents who regularly fail to attend Parent-Teacher meetings will be deemed to be not interested in the student’s education. Such a student may be asked to discontinue.
It is compulsory to attend the parent-teacher meetings on the scheduled date. Kindly adhere to the timings.
