Description: The teachers had two days Annual Retreat which served twofold purposes, i.e., at the end of the academic session, after a hectic schedule it helped the teachers to be fully present to God, oneself, and the moment. This was also the greatest benefit of retreat as it gave fresh ways of seeing, open new possibilities, enabling ‘familiarity to no longer breed contempt’ before the beginning of the new academic session. Sr Anita Moras, the former Principal was the Retreat Preacher. She gave inspiring input sessions to look into and move ahead with God in our life. She winded the session with spiritual healing which also pertained the act of healing others of their physical or emotional ailments through prayer and meditation, and also included the transference of spiritual energy from her God Experienced person through laying on hands of God on each one’s head.
