Please Note:

1. All fees are payable quarterly in advance.

2. You can choose any of the following methods to pay the fee:

  a) Through school's e-Care Pro App.

3. One Month's notice is to be given or an equivalent amount of composite fee will be charged towards the notice period in case of withdrawal of the student from the school.

4. There is no transport facility at the school.

                    Important Information Regarding Admissions to Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Classes I-IX

1.  Age as per NEP (National Education Policy) on 1st April, 2025

       Class Nursery: 3 or 3+ years

       Class LKG: 4 or 4+ years

       Class UKG: 5 or 5+ years

       Class I: 6 or 6+ years

If your child is NOT within the age limit mentioned above, she/he will NOT be eligible for admission.

2. Date of Birth Certificate: The original Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, along with a Xerox copy, must be brought at the time of registration for verification. The Xerox copy will be submitted to the office.

3. Name and other Particulars: Please fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. name, parent's names, date of birth) correctly. The date of birth written in the form must tally with the one written on the D.O.B. Certificate.

All names should be spelled correctly as they will be required in all the legal papers and the C.B.S.E record of the candidate. NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER WILL BE MADE AFTER THE ADMISSION TO L.K.G OR ANY SUBSEQUENT CLASSES.

4. Photographs (For Offline): A family photograph (showing the parents and the applicant child) must be pasted on box no. 1. The latest photograph (taken not more than a month before the date of application) of the child is to be pasted in the Space (box no.2) provided for it. 

(For Online): Image size must be up to 1024 KB (1 MB).

5. Selection: The school management reserves all the rights of admitting or rejecting any child to the school and is not bound to give reasons for the admission or rejection of any particular child. The selection is done by the Management and the selection procedure is designed by the SELECTION PANEL.

6. Rejection of Forms: Incomplete registration forms and forms providing incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.

Date of submitting complete form: Registration forms duly completed in all respects will be received at the School office. Kindly submit the completed form and acknowledgment slip (Payment receipt) within two days after online submission in the School Office along with the following documents:-

(i) D.O.B Certificate, Aadhar Card, & Blood Group Certificate of the child.

(ii) Aadhar Card and PAN Card of both the parents (Father & Mother)

(iii) Transfer Certificate (The last school attended) 

Timing: 8.30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. No registration forms shall be accepted after the stipulated time and date.

Online Submission Last Date: 28.02.2025

7. Verification of Forms: Parents should bring the child for the verification session in the school. (The date and timing will be given when you come to submit the application form in the school Office).

Please, preserve this information until the confirmation of admission.
