Please Note:
1. All fees are payable quarterly in advance.
2. Fee may be paid by any of the following methods:
a) Online payment through the School Ecare Pro app.
b) School website: www.bethanyconventschoolgn.org
3. One Month's notice is to be given or an equivalent amount of composite fee will be charged towards the notice period in case of withdrawal of the student from the school.
4. There are no Transport facilities from the school.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION TO NURSERY, LKG, AND UKG 2024-2025
1. Age: The age of the child seeking admission to NURSERY, LKG, and UKG in the year 2024 should be between -
i) Nursery: 3 years as on 31st March 2024
ii) L.K.G : 4 years as on 31st March 2024
iii) U.K.G: 5 years as on 31st March 2024
If your child is NOT within the age limit mentioned above, she/he will NOT be eligible for admission.
2. Date of Birth Certificate: The original Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation along with a Xerox copy of the same duly attested by a gazetted officer must be submitted at the time of registration. The original certificate will be returned to the parents at the time of registration.
3. Name and other Particulars: Please, fill in the particulars of the child(i.e. name, parent's names, date of birth) correctly. The date of birth written in the form must tally with the one written on the D. O. B. Certificate.
All names should be spelled correctly as they will be required in all the legal papers and the C.B.S.E record of the candidate. NO CHANGE WHATSOEVER WILL BE MADE AFTER THE ADMISSION TO L.K.G OR ANY SUBSEQUENT CLASSES.
4. Photographs: A family photograph(showing the parents and the applicant child) must be pasted on box no. 1. The latest photograph(taken not more than a month before the date of application) of the child is to be pasted in the Space (box no.2) provided for it.
5. Selection: The management of the school reserves all rights of admitting or rejecting any child to the school and is not bound to give reasons for the admission or rejection of any particular child. The selection is done by the Management and the selection procedure is designed by the SELECTION PANEL.
6. Rejection of forms: Incomplete registration forms and forms providing incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.
7. No Enquiry Please: No correspondence or phone calls will be entertained regarding admission.
Date of submitting completed forms: Registration forms duly completed in all respects will be received at the School office. Kindly submit the completed form and acknowledgment slip (Payment receipt) within two days after online submission in the School Office, Timing 8.30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. No registration forms shall be accepted after the stipulated time and date.

8. Verification of forms: Parents should bring the child for a verification session in the school. (The date and timing will be given when you come to submit the application form in the school Office).
It has come to my notice that certain unscrupulous persons having no connection with us but claiming to have influence in the school persuaded parents to give them money to obtain admissions. Such practices are totally contrary to our mode of procedure and children of parents lending themselves to such practices will be automatically refused admission.
Please, preserve this information until the confirmation of admission.
